The three cultivars – Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino – give life to a high quality PDO extra virgin olive oil, produced only with our olives in the company mill at 3 quintals/hour; cold extracted to preserve all the nutritional and organoleptic properties.

Since 1987, the Caporali family has been taking care of the historic olive groves of the Il Castellaro estate, expanding them with new land, working them with respect and cutting-edge production techniques. In 2011, we built a private oil mill to ensure control of the production chain, maximum quality and freshness.
