Produced starting in November, EVO 333 is made from selected olives that are pressed within a few hours of harvesting, in accordance with the Umbria Colli del Trasimeno regulations. The 250 ml cans ensure better preservation of the “oil”, limiting oxidation: one can is opened at a time, preserving the freshness of the remaining 750 ml.
